Teriyaki Turkey

Teriyaki Turkey with fresh grated ginger makes for a delicious, easy lunch at the office!

First, brown your Butterball antibiotic-free ground turkey (1 pound), add fresh grated ginger (as much as you want!) and Teriyaki sauce. (all bought from Wal-Mart)

While your ground Turkey is cooking, soak the Swiss chard in filtered water and Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar before you stir fry it. The Swiss Chard is from Rise and Shine Farms in Rome, GA.

(Remember to soak all your fruits and vegetables in Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. Put two capfuls per half-gallon in the filtered water to kill microorganisms, especially parasites and bacteria such as e.coli. Let them soak for 20 to 30 minutes.)

Chop up your swiss chard, and start sautéing it

Then, combine your lettuce, organic apples, organic carrots, asparagus and put the Teriyaki Turkey mixed with the swiss chard on top and toss it with your favorite creamy balsamic dressing!

And wa-la! A healthy, delicious meal.
