Common Application Methods

 

1. Can be applied neat (with no dilution) when used topically. Dilute with carrier oil for sensitive skin and for children over six. Apply to temples, tip of nose, reflex points, and/or directly on area of concern. 

2. Diffuse or inhale the aroma directly. 

3. Take in capsules, or use as a flavoring in cooking.
